Accident may have been caused by a negligent driver

A Nevada accident left two injured, and it is possible that a negligent driver was the cause. Las Vegas police have been investigating a crash that occurred when an elderly woman drove through a red light. As the possible negligent driver rolled through the intersection, her vehicle collided with another motorist. The impact also caused damage to a parked car. It is believed that the woman simply ran the red light, which could be considered negligent driving.

Nevada man killed in local crosswalk accident

Being visible when walking at night is a precaution that people should take to avoid being hit by a vehicle when they are traveling in the dark. However, even if a person is not completely visible, there are lights on a car, and it is still the driver's responsibility to be aware of his or her surroundings. A local Nevada resident was unfortunately killed in a recent crosswalk accident.

Nevada teenager injured in pedestrian accident

Nevada roadways are no stranger to a pedestrian accident. There have been many recently, and all with different circumstances. Some of the pedestrian accidents have occurred as a result of negligence by the pedestrian. Many ran across roadways without looking, failing to use crosswalks and even thinking they could beat a car across the roadway. The saddest of all instances, though, are when the pedestrian accident happened even though they were utilizing crosswalks.

Famous Las Vegas food writer injured in pedestrian accident

Yet another pedestrian accident has recently happened on a Las Vegas roadway. A man notorious for his food writing has been severely injured as the result of the tragic accident. Due to the circumstances surrounding his injuries, he may be entitled to some form of compensation if the other driver is in fact found at fault for the pedestrian accident.
