An alleged drunk driving accident has just occurred on a Nevada roadway, leaving one person behind bars. Suspicion of drunk driving surfaced as a result of alleged beer bottles in the vehicle, in addition to a Breathalyzer test. This purported drunk driving accident left the victim with critical injuries and he may wish to attempt a civil claim against the alleged drunk driver in an attempt to receive justice for his injuries.

A 23-year-old driver was traveling on the roadway with her 28-year-old passenger when, for unknown reasons, she crashed into a wall. Just seconds before, she allegedly crossed an intersection. When the vehicle smashed into the wall, the passenger suffered serious injuries.

A report claims that he suffered severe abdomen and head injuries, which are labeled to be life-threatening. The driver allegedly showed signs of being under the influence of alcohol. A Breathalyzer test was attempted, but the driver refused to put her mouth to the device. She instead blew in the direction of the Breathalyzer, and that test purportedly showed signs of alcohol.

In addition, the driver was given a blood test, but those results are unknown as of yet. She is currently in a Nevada jail where she was booked on the crimes of driving under the influence and causing severe bodily harm as a result. Although her passenger is struggling with serious injuries, he may wish to consider his options surrounding the alleged drunk driving accident. He has the right of filing a claim against the driver, and should he be successful with civil litigation, he may be entitled to receiving restitution.
